First wash the potatoes. Boil the potatoes in a pot of boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt so that they stay firm. Remove from the heat, let the potatoes cool and peel them. Scoop out the insides of the potatoes. For the filling, peel and chop the onion. Finely chop the basil as well. Put the minced meat into a deep bowl, add the finely chopped onion, basil, 1 egg, salt and pepper and mix. Divide the filling you prepared into the hollowed-out potatoes. Place the stuffed potatoes in an ovenproof dish. For the sauce, mix the tomato paste, tomato juice, corn oil and 1 cup of hot water in a bowl. Pour the sauce you prepared over the stuffed potatoes. Bake the stuffed potatoes for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 degrees. During baking, spoon some of the sauce from the dish over the potatoes from time to time. Cook until the potatoes are soft and take them out of the oven. Serve the delicious stuffed potatoes hot. Enjoy your meal!
