Chop the dried and candied fruit (do not chop it too finely). Chop the nuts, mix them with the seeds and oat flakes and spread them on a baking tray.
Roast for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, stirring from time to time. Take it out and add the dried fruit, puffed rice and cinnamon.
Make the syrup: put the necessary ingredients into a small pot and place it over medium heat. Stir and wait until it comes to the boil. Boil for about 1 minute and remove from the heat.
Pour it over the mixture on the tray and mix well so that no dry pieces remain.
Line a tray with parchment paper (not foil). Spread the mixture over it evenly. Press it down so that no air remains between the pieces.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Then spread it over the mixture on the tray. Put it in the fridge and chill for 1 hour. Take it out and cut into bars.
